Return Policy (Online Store Only): If you are not completely satisfied with any
item*, return it to us in new condition within 7 days of the shipping date, and we will refund 100% of the original purchase price (This does not apply to Free Shipping Items. Free shipping is valid with purchase only. Outgoing shipping will be deducted from the refund, if the item or items that shipped free are returned.), not including any shipping/handling charges. Refunds are issued back to the original source of the purchase. We do not issue store credit. Product must be in factory fresh, resalable condition including all original packing and paperwork, warranty card and owners manual and show no signs of wear, use or abuse. Items returned that are not in original condition are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. After seven (7) days, all sales are final.

All sales are final. Before returning any item, contact us for a return authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns will be refused and may be charged a restocking fee up to 20%. To receive a (RA) number, please send an email to
sales@soundexchange2.com with the original order number, merchandise description and the reason for return. We will reply to all emails.
Shipping:We offer UPS Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day Air, and 3-Day UPS Select to the 48 contiguous states and UPS Standard to Canada. 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are the only options available to Alaska and Hawaii.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES.
Soundexchange2 requires that the shipping address be the same as the billing address of credit card. There are no shipments or deliveries on weekends or United States holidays that UPS does not pick-up on.
All Canadian customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, brokerage or other fees. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. These fees vary from country to country and we have no way to calculate them.
Please note: Shipping times are calculated after actual shipping, not from the time the order is placed. Days are calculated based on business days, not calendar days and does not count Sat, Sun or United States Holidays for example, Next Day Air will arrive the day after the order has shipped. Most orders ship out the same day if received by 2:00pm EST, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Problems can occur if the billing information provided does not exactly match the information on file with the credit card issuer.
If shipping to a different address than the billing address you should have that address added to your credit card file as an alternative address. It also helps to provide us with the phone number that is on file with the credit card issuer.
Please note: Guitars, Banjos, large amplifiers, keyboard controllers, Conga Sets, Regular and junior Drum sets, large keyboard stands and other oversized or overweight items and items marked with the symbol + will be charged an additional fee for shipping due to their oversized box. Soundexchange2 will ship by UPS.We ship within the 50 United States and Canada.Shipments that are returned by UPS as undeliverable will be charged in full for shipping, though a refund of the order minus shipping will be given. Shipments that require an address correction to be delivered will be charged an additional $7.50. Any packages refused will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Warranty Coverage: Sound Exchange is an authorized dealer for all brands of new equipment on our site. All new items come with a manufacturers' warranty. We do not sell B-stock or grey products. Certain items marked as Clearance or Display will be sold As-Is.

Item Testing: Like most other retailers, all items are shipped as we received them from the manufacturers. Soundexchange2 is a retailer and does not test any item.
Technical Assistance: For most products, please contact the original manufacturer for assistance. Soundexchange2 does not provide tech support.
